PCUL recent announcement of the transition of ownership of the Lionite Mill to PCUL will add excitement and hope to our community!!! This is a chance for YOU to shape the future of this site but also other sites we are redeveloping. Come join us for visioning and exploring designs of different locations in Phillips.
We will review the Community Change Grant that PCUL is pursuing. PCUL is applying for a 20M grant the Spring 2024 and seek community input.
