Library Closed Due to Weather Thursday, December 15th

The Phillips School District is Closed Tomorrow, December 15th. The Phillips Public Library Will Also Be Closed Per Library policy. All due materials will be back dated upon their return, so again, please do not worry about returning your materials until we open- hopefully Friday morning at 9am. Enjoy the snow day!
