Join us at Elk Lake Park in Phillips for a fun afternoon! The carnival is a free event! There will be a petting zoo, face painting, music, Children’s Museum and more.
The festivities start at 1:00 p.m. and wrap up at 4:00 p.m. The rainy weather back up location is City Hall.
